Meet Your Facilitator

I’m Em, a certified breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others navigate their emotional landscapes. My own journey began during a time of deep personal struggle, and breathwork became my guiding light. Through this practice, I discovered the profound healing power of the breath and now feel called to share this transformative experience with others. Together, we will embark on a journey toward healing, clarity, and self-love.
